A Picnic in the Park

Today was a beautiful day, and Chase got to enjoy a fun picnic at Greeley Park with his cousins Avery and Lily (we missed you, Micah)!

Chase finally got to meet his Aunt Lisa last weekend, and he was all smiles! It was a short visit, but it was a nice surprise!

Fourth of July Fun!

Chase enjoyed his first 4th of July! We had a nice day going to church, relaxing at home in the afternoon, then going out to dinner while Chase went to Nana and Grandpa's house. We watched a few fireworks that our neighbors were setting off, and luckily, Chase slept right through them like a champ! We hope you all enjoyed a nice long holiday weekend! It's back to work for me tomorrow. 8 weeks of maternity leave went by way too fast!

Rob's First Father's Day!

Busy Week!

This was a very busy week for Chase (and me)! On Tuesday, we drove down to Massachusetts to meet Jenna's new baby girl, Sierra.

She is so little next to Chase, and he is only 3 weeks older!

On Wednesday, Chase had his first babysitters. Mimi and Lily came in the morning to watch him for a few hours while I spent the day helping my sister at the gallery.

And Nana and Grandpa watched him at our house in the evening while Rob and I went out to dinner for his birthday.

Chase is changing more and more everyday. He is starting to smile (mostly randomly) and "talk" a lot more and he will look right into your eyes for a very long time! It's so fun watching him grow!
